I have recently updated my training in Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Risk Assessments and Implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage. I hold over 10 years experience of formally working with children in Greater Manchester which includes working in the Youth Service as a playworker, a High Scope led Family Centre and seven years working within Social Services sector, holding Management roles and responsibilities for a year. More recently I took a career break to have my own children two of whom attend Ducklings Private Nursery. |

| Georgina Cooper | I joined Ducklings Private Nursery in 1994, along with working as aTour Guide for 8 years at Ash End Farm.I also worked as a Dinnerlady at Moor Hall Primary School where I passed my NVQ 3 Playworker. My position at Ducklings then became full time and I took my qualification NVQ 3 in Childcare Learning and Development.Home is in the country where I share it with my husband, daughter Jessica who is 25 along with Mr Cool (the horse) my 3 dogs and 3 cats. | |
| Karen Boden | In 1986 I passed my Childcare in City and Guilds Practical and Theory and worked as a Nanny to two young children for one year.I then worked as a Nursery Assistant at Norfolk House School in their Kindergarten for five years, leaving to have my own children. In 1993 I re-newed my Childcare City and Guilds Qualification and worked in a Playgroup and school as a volunteer with children with Special Educational Needs. I joined Ducklings Private Nursery in September 2008. I completed my NVQ 3 |

| Amie Clayton | Hi everyone , my name is Amie Clayton. I have a partner and a daughter named Milly who is 6 years old. After being a stay at home mum, I decided I wanted to go back to college and study to be a Nusery Nurse. I went on to gain a NVQ Level 2 in Childcare whilst working at Perry Common Primary School. I am currently studying for my NVQ Level 3 and thoroughly enjoying my time at Ducklings Private Nursery where I joined October 2009. |
